This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Green Attic Accounting Integration (the "Application"), provided by Green Attic ("Green Attic", "we", "us"). The Application is an internal integration between Green Attic's accounting systems and QuickBooks Online. By accessing or using the Application, you ("User") agree to these terms.
Green Attic grants authorized Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for Green Attic's internal business purposes. The Application is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may not: (a) use the Application for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense it; (c) attempt to access data belonging to companies you are not authorized to manage; (d) circumvent the human-approval controls that gate any write, payment, or outbound communication; or (e) use it in violation of Intuit's applicable developer or end-user terms.
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's APIs. Green Attic is an independent party and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by Intuit's own terms. Intuit is not a party to this Agreement and bears no responsibility for the Application.
Handling of data accessed through the Application is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Green Attic does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Attic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to use of the Application.
Green Attic may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, the license granted here ends and you must stop using the Application.
We may modify this Agreement. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
